“HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE”

WENT IN FOR WARRANTY INFO, GREETED WITH ATTITUDE BY THE OWNER. I PURCHASED THIS PHONE 1 YR PRIOR AND HAD ISSUES THEN. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO LAUGH IN MY FACE AND KEEP REPEATING "YOU HAVE NO WARRANTY EVEN THOU I REPORTED THE ISSUE WHEN THE WARRANTY WAS IN EFFECT. I LOST MY MIND! GAVE HIM A EAR FULL OF WHAT I THOUGHT OF HIS ATTITUIDE REGARDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. LEFT AND CALLED SAMSUNG DIRECTLY, THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO WARRANTY IT THIS WEEK. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? THIS SITE HELPS KEEP SOME BUISNESSES IN CHECK!
