As a prior employee of this company I would like to acknowledge the fact that this company employed and used non hvac or CFC certified individuals to run service calls, conduct maintenance calls, install new equipment to homeowners and sell new equipment to homeowners. The owner of temperature pro northern Virginia was made aware of the employees non HVAC certifications and the owner insisted on allowing this employee to continue to go into customer's homis the customer's homes and perform HVAC is HVAC duties knowing that he was not certified to do so. I would also acknowledge that this specific branch does not hold a gas fitter's license or certification and has insisted its employees service and install gas equipment.
