Have lived here about 9 months. They attempt to maximize extraction of fees/money from residents. The sewer/water/trash are billed monthly with the rent and you don't know the final bill until the first of the month. Then you have only three days to pay by the 4th or you are late. I have not been late once until this month and I arrive home on the 4th to find a notice of a $75 late fee and a $35 delivery fee for a total of $110 and a notice that if I don't pay in 3 days they will begin the eviction process. Keep in mind I have never been late before. This is outrageous and have never experienced anything like it. Also, they require you buy their internet and DNA test your pets. Has a totalitarian vibe in you are into that. We will be moving. Be forewarned.
