“Very poor customer service & far too expensive”

Their software duplicates services across devices but they charge you per platform (even though it's the exact same code being used). Also, the product they provide pales in comparison to superior (and FAR CHEAPER) sites like brownpapertickets.com

Supposedly Tessituranetwork is non-profit... that's a laugh.
