Their product is okay and can help traders, but they provide very poor customer service. Half of the staff has minimal knowledge of the software and how to fix the problem, and half of them are rude. A friend of mine who visited their offices that they don't even have the air conditioning right. How are they surviving? I guess by selling products to new customers as most old customers (including me) have switched to better companies.
The pay is decent, but once you stay here for a while, you'll realize it's not really worth it. Management is one of the worst I have ever witnessed. The CEO, who is unprofessional and moody, is the only one in management. Thus, big company decisions mainly rely on his mood and incompetence. It also doesn't help that he is an obsessive micromanager.
The CEO will often blame the employees for his shortcomings, and he will sometimes verbally reprimand them in front of their co-workers. This makes the work environment toxic and stressful, which results in the low morale of the employees. The horrible CEO just makes my job in the company fee unrewarding.
