We went to Texas Roadhouse for a family celebration dinner. The food was subpar and cold. This was my family's first time at Texas roadhouse. We were extremely disappointed.

On a positive note, the direct server 'Michael was Exceptional! Michael retrieved my cold (full slab of ribs") He advised me that the manager Al, would be bringing a fresh hot order. Al, the manager returned with the same plate of cold ribs. I touched the ribs the moment he placed them on the table. I advised him that they were cold. I asked the manager to please not insult my intelligence by bringing me the same cold ribs; he advised me that he would go for another try. I declined the third attempt at trying to get hot food. Sadly, this is a great restaurant with a great vibe. The manager needs to be trained on human interaction and compassion. It is quite obvious when a person shows that they could care less about what you feel or think.
