Customer purchased items from us during peak COVID of 2020 for Bloom Room CO. We shipped her items and USPS did not show movement for a few days as it was peak COVID and mail carriers were having a lot of issues. The customer tried to cancel the order but the items had already shipped which we stated. They showed in transit when she tried to cancel. The package was delivered to her and she disputed the charges. She kept the items after disputing and never paid for them. She sells stolen merchandise on her website.
