The site is used by Walmart employees to discuss things that relate to work. It seems to be a decent resource for folks seeking a supportive online community where they can connect, share stuff, and learn from one another. I think it has a fairly good and "friendly" interface, the content is a bit all over the place tho. The focus on privacy seems OK as well. Not sure where it goes fro here it has the potential to become a good resource for Walmart associates looking to do better in all things work related
Tip for consumers:
They do not have an app and the only way to use is their website. The mobile version is a bit crammed on the screen and it's hard to see but it's good enough to be usable. Most of the posts are useful and there is some overlap with things you can find on FB or reddit but it has some unique content. I think people need to connect and talk more and FB is not the best as it requires that you share your name, I think most people prefer sites like this or reddit.
