“I GIVE THEM A 0, ZERO RATING”

I ordered a cover for a patio rocking chair. What I received was a cover that would fit a toaster, if that. The picture of my item was a rocking chair just like what I had. Come on Who would pay $100 for a cover the size of a toaster? And customer service would not help me out, they said it was a custom order. I never entered any dimensions, they automatically prefilled my order. Stupid me, they looked right so I ordered it. This company is a total rip off!
