Hello Everyone,

I paid the Designs Zone over $6,000.00 to design a web site and deliver an application. After 8 months, 4 changes in designers and many other issues we had a home page which required edits and that is about it. Not even close to a finished site, and they never even started on the application as promised in writing. All content was provided by our company and they provided nothing.

What they are very good at is collecting money for work not yet completed. Our corporate attorney is in the process of filing a legal suit against this company. We originally were only seeking a partial refund. Truth be told they now do not call anymore trying to sell more service or collect more money for work not completed.

As they were very conscious about here quality maintenance I was very impressed with their attitude. As I want my website creatively designed. They gave me many revisions and perfectly satisfied me with the demo design. It was a great experience working with them. I would like them to my future projects also.

I've been dealing with the design zone for 2 years almost trying to get my website launch there literally holding my website hostage that paid nearly 3500 bucks for my they drag for weeks and weeks to finish 1 project ask for crazy amounts of money for simple plugs no correspondence horrible service horrible communication there holding my website hostage asking money for services they did not do I paid for mobile responsive on websites I've been waiting for months for it to happen 350 bucks wasted still not working, they were supposed to connect my email to my domain months ago still not done yet they tell you turn around time is 48 hours never ever happens now asking for 900 bucks the all of my domain is expired asking for 600 bucks to renew I've never gotten any alerts emails stating that this guys are criminals I'm going to make sure they go down anybody scam from these guys contact me Facebook Maurice Thomas profile chef at the Marriott marquis in Chicago won't let me me put email address on here let's fight these guys together I have a plan join me

I was in need of an outstanding and unique logo which relates to my business. They created a logo as per my demand and its Design was so iconic that i loved it. There Developing skills are so Impressive.

My experience working with them was splendid. Their working efficiency is appreciative and dominating.

My website before was awful and horrific and then I found this company. They provide an extra-ordinary efficiency and creativity to my website. Now, my website is amazing and also customer friendly.

This was horrific and heartbreaking if I could give no stars i would first of all they didn't deliver a satisfactory product and guaranteed it then spoke of policies to which I was never informed of in writing or email then promoted and made promises that never happened OH WAIT IT GETS WORST I paid for a backend portal to which I cannot use not even to put pictures of my products up then was told I must upgrade to be able to this I was asked to pay more money for a product I never could use to make money on in fact I have to pay another website developer to somehow fix my problems i have emails texts messages and receipts proposals all of that never once mentioned needing to upgrade crazy thing is my website is live with no products I paid over$1,000 total WHAT A RIP OFF in this time we're living in trying find ways to make ends meet trying to pursue dreams while we're in a recession and pandemic to have people from another country take our hard earned AMERICAN MONEY AND FEEL THEY CAN JUST GET AWAY WITH IT IS ABSOLUTELY CRAZY PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS POST I CAN PROVIDE ENOUGH PROOF TO MAKE YOU THINK TWICE BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY EVERY PERSON I SPOKE TO HAD A FAKE AMERICAN NAME WITH A PAKISTANI ACCENT ALSO SOMEONE FROM THIS COMPANY TRIED TO SIGN INTO MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT AND AS YOU KNOW GOOGLE HAS YOUR LOCATION TIME AND PHONE INFORMATION PLEASE BEFORE YOY PUT ANY MONEY UP TRY AMERICAN FIRST ALSO BE ADVISED I INQUIRED FOR A WEBSITE DEVELOPER ON BARK THEY RESPONDED. MY WEBSITE RIGHT ALONG WITH MY DREAM TO OWN A BUSINESS HAS BEEN TARNISHED BY THIS VERY HURTFUL ROBBERY OF A EXPERIENCE I WANT A REFUND ASAP I WON'T LET MY MONEY GO TO WASTE

This is a company worthy of a federal investigation. The way they work and their standards are questionable.

They never did the job I asked for. And I was transferred to different project managers in a few days for no apparent reason. They will force you to accept what they propose, not what you are looking to build.

They will try to tire you, and to make you give up, so that over time you consider it better to lose your money than to continue working with them. (a very old method of dishonest companies).

As a result of my experience with this company, I decided to file a claim with my bank to get my money back. In a few days my bank returned the money to me. I blocked all communication with this company. However, today I received a suspicious attempt to access my email account and later a call from this company claiming that they had won the case and that I should pay the rest of the money. After hanging up the phone, I called my bank and explained what happened. My bank told me that they did not know why Thedesignszone made those statements in that call because the case was closed in my favor.

I have reason to believe that this company mixes regular activities with illicit activities. Read all the reviews, not just the positive ones or the ones that suit your expectations. You will see what I'm talking about.

What you can do:

1- Do not hire this company.
2- If you still want to make the mistake of hiring this company, do not pay the full amount. The fair thing is to pay half and when your project is delivered you pay the rest.
3- Make sure the invoice is issued by thedesignszone. The charge on your statement must be also made by thedesignszone. If it appears as creativewriterlife or any other name, thedesignszone could scam you without consequences for them, only you will lose money and you will not have tools to defend yourself.
4- If after 2 months there is no significant progress in your project, simply give up and claim your money. Put a claim in your bank before 90 days. It is the term you have so that your bank can help you.
5- If you still went ahead and lost your money and time, you can file a claim with IC3 (Interner Crime Complaint Center) IC3 dot gov
That will contribute to more eyes on this company.
6- Write your opinion on all the opinion sites you can, more people will be alert to such danger.
7- Do not give much personal data to this company, these people work through intimidation.

I have discovered another way in which this company circumvents the tools that users have to show the true face of fraudulent companies.

I put this review of the company thedesignszone dot com 3 weeks ago. When they billed me, they did not do it under the name of the designszone but under the name of creativewriterlife dot com. So they appealed to truspilot about my review, truspilot demanded a screenshot that clearly shows the billing of the designszone. But the invoice I have is not an invoice made by thedesignszone but from creativewriterlife. You have to be alert. If the invoice that thedesignszone sends you does not appear with the name thedesignszone you must to cancel immediately. The reason? Simple: the invoice that thedesignszone sends you does not appear with the name thedesignszone. If you dont cancel they will scam you. And they will be able to use the terms and conditions of trustpilot in their favor to eliminate your review.

Make sure the invoice is issued by thedesignszone
The charge on your statement must be made by thedesignszone. If it appears as creativewriterlife or any other name, thedesignszone could scam you without consequences for them, only you will lose money and you will not have tools to defend yourself.

Keep in mind that when you are making the payment through this creativewriterlife company, thedesignszone will pressure you to accept its terms, and these include not contacting creativewriterlife.

Imagine how many bad reviews thedesignszone has been able to eliminate with this method!
