I found exactly what I'm looking for at the store thaks to the help of an amazing employee. She brought out many options and I was able to narrow it down to what would suit my natural hair and what length I required. She clipped in the narrowed down options of extensions to see which would work best for my hair. Thereafter, I deicded which one I liked the most and she did it. Thanks for the great service

I received extensions with a complete blunt cut! Equivalent to trash, after contacting their customer service and requesting a replacement I was told. They have no sellable merchandise they could send me (Meaning they were scamming customers online) Below is the interaction of them stating that.

Do yourself a favor and don't buy from here all hair is damaged! Oh did I mention if you open the product they won't let you return it? As stated by their manager all merchandise is damaged

Attended one of the master classes that was conducted by Heather, the EMC- Extention Master Class which was in September 16th. I've attended many classes for extensions but this has to be my favorite because Heather was very informative and I was able to learn a lot from her when compared to all the other people I've tried learning from.
