“Shipping sucks! And no customer service agents available to talk to!”

Horrible! Slow! Non-Reachable! I will never ever order from The Jersey Nation ever again! No customer service, only an automated Email response... Placed order on August 14th did not receive it until September 14th, did not even get a label email until 08/19 from Jamaica to Texas package never moved I emailed & called on several occasions because shipping says 8-15 business days... So my last email I stated that I would be contacting my bank to stop payment for merchandise never received 09/09/2021 and what do you know I had movement! My package was in route! Not worth it, save your money & order from within the US... Mind you this was a birthday gift that arrived 31 days later! SMH

“A giant SCAM!”

You will get charged for your order but you won't get it. You will get millions of excuses and lies but you won't receive your order. BOTTOM LINE THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT CROOKS AND SCAM ARTISTS!
