I was shopping around online for a Delta T4767 Ara Roman Tub Trim with Hand Shower and stumbled across this website because they had the best deal. This item was not in stock and took about 2-3 weeks to receive and ship. I was really pleased with their customer service team, they E-mailed me every other day with an update. Once the product shipped, I received the tracking information and it came to my house the next day! I would strongly recommend this company and will definitely shop with them in the near future.

I ordered a Delta faucet for my kitchen and the delivery was extremely quick. I got my merchandise in 2 days! The product has been installed in my kitchen and is functioning beautifully. So, after ordering a shower enclosure from Lowes a month earlier and being told 3 days after it should have arrived that it was on back order for another 3 weeks, I started freaking out. I'm not sure how TheKBOutlet received my contact information, but I'm sure glad they did, because they researched alternative shower enclosures similar to what I was looking at, sent me links and prices to compare, and rushed the processing of the order and had a new shower at my door in 5-6 days. Really pleased with the services rendered by this company. Communication was very high quality and I received my merchandise as advertised in the 7-10 business days. My item was not a stock item, so it had to be ordered. But with my deadline, it was okay so I didnt mind and took advantage of the great deal.

Almost ordered the wrong finish, but a sales representative asked me if I wanted Stainless Steel rather than polished nickel. Apparently customers (like me) think that it is Brushed, by the polished nickel tone has a yellow tint. Glad I listened and they saved me the hassle of returns.
