Over the course of 2.5 years, my trading with NTC has been generally positive. It would be much better and I would give them a 5-star rating If they increase their deposits and withdrawal methods, but for me it's not a deal breaker.
While I appreciate the wide selection of products they offer, I do find the spreads to be relatively high.
Nonetheless, they are a reliable broker with efficient customer support and diverse trading instruments.

Michael's patience and attentiveness to my questions has made me a much calmer trader. Im no longer on the edge of my chair rather I know that opportunities come and go and missing one opportunity is not then end of the world. I was caught off guard with my experience here. In the past firms I've worked with I've had to set a clear-cut line between my conversations with account managers. This time around things have taken a turn. Jonathan Stone is friendly and professional. Besides for his experience as an account managers for the past 10 years. Jonathan makes the trading industry sound like a walk in the park.
It's been nice to see things in his eyes.

I must say, that after all you guys are a great company, especially after successfully processing my first withdrawal :)) ))). However, I do experience occasional technical issues when trying to access my account. It would be great if you could work on improving that. Also, I want to give a shout-out to my account manager, Liam, who always goes above and beyond to solve any problems.

In the past couple of months, this firm has become my preferred trading platform, simple with low fees. I've faced some technical problems over time, and the transfers took a few days, but the customer service response was efficient and satisfying.
Would happily recommend joining this company.

I joined this company not so long ago, so I can't provide a detailed opinion. What I would be happy to recommend are the courses this company provides. If there is something good to say at such an early stage is that the level of information offered managed to surprise me. Would like to add that all the representatives with whom I talked seemed very professional and well mannered. Overall up to this point it wasn't a bad experience.

If this firm were to be introduced to me earlier in my trading endeavor, I'm pretty sure I would be way more advanced.
If you're looking for the tools to successfully trade crypto you have found the firm that will give you that.
Being part of this firm I have a sense of confidence that although the hardships present themselves I know I will succeed. This can be partly due to Jeffery for his help and accommodation.

Please do not use this so called company, they will take your money. Full stop you will lose your money with no hope of getting it back, I would say the positive reviews on here are fake.
If you have an account with this company DO NOT let them onto your Phone or Computer via Anydesk or a mirror program. They will cancel calls when you want to withdraw money and fail to call back.
Trustpilot removed my review because this company objected. So Trustpilot in my opinion is scam too.
They contacted me through a Facebook add for Amazon investment, also a scam, if you want to invest use a Brooker based in your country..

Trading with Jonathan from the national trade center has been an absolute pleasure. Knowing that I'm a businessman on the daily Jonathan recommended I set certain orders on my trades this way I don't have to pop in the market every day.

Want to thank this firm for their devotion to their clients. When I only started to trade with them I discovered the education section on their website which caught me by surprise. It was a nice bonus to explore and use.
Now that I have actively started trading I have a more than basic understanding of all crypto concepts thanks to them. Fantastic customer service. I believe the one industry that needs 5 start customer service is trading. In this industry it can be a matter of minutes to lose a trade and therefore having a chat option and fast email responses with the firm you're trading with is highly important.
I joined this firm partially for this reason. I heard good things about the service they provide and they were spot on. Nobody can beat the service that the national trade center gives its clients.

A huge thanks to Ben for opening my eyes to many opportunities I didn't know I can benefit from. I believe any trader can benefit from an account manager. No matter where you're holding in the industry, the words and wisdom of another person can teach you a lot. Ask questions, show interest and let your curiosity shine.

These people have devastated me. I have lost AUD140k in just 2 months from my self managed super fund. Their practices are as stated from other reviews. What they offer sounds great and you are in control but before you realise it you have sunk more and more money into their system to support your free margin. They must be laughing at people like me that work hard for that money. Now I cant sleep at night and when I do I awaken to immediately start stressing again. I hate myself for being scammed so badly.

Thankful to have Francis Fischer as my account manager here at the national trade center. I joined this firm for this purpose, to have a professional by my side. I heard many good things about this firm and so here I am and I have to say they were all accurate.
The trading platform is highly efficient and secure. I have never had any glitches or problems with the system while trading. Thank you to the national trade center for building a secured trading platform for us.

I pressed the wrong button and now I can't find my fund balance and trades. Waiting for the tech support/account manager to call me back so i can fix this.
Even though I do appreciate the ability to trade more currencies without limitations.

Withdrawals with the national trade center get a 10/10 from me. Fast, easy, and reliable. I like such firms that don't give you a hard time, they let you decide when you want to trade and how. The account managers are available for any questions but the decision-making is on you. Thank you to my am David Zachs, very professional in this realm.

For a trader to maximize their returns, pricing structures that charge appropriate prices are necessary. I would like to thank this firm for offering fair and cheap services; they have competitive pricing and transparent cost structures. As a trader for several years this is something that I see as very important. I'm thankful to have found a firm that enables me to trade with affordable prices.

These guys either kept or lost all my money. BEWARE. They keep asking for more and more money telling you lies about how much money you will make. My brokers were Benjamin Harris and Sean Kean. They both have no idea what they are doing.

I've chosen to leave NTC, for personal reasons. In the last few days I made my final withdrawal and closed my trading profile. Despite my choice, it was important for me to note that the exit process was very convenient and easy. Compared to my previous experiences, I did not feel any disrespect or pressure from the company's representatives. On the contrary, they almost made me change my mind with how they handled my request to make the final withdrawal. This kind of approach tells a lot about the company.

How can my trading experience be a negative one with a firm like this and Leo West. I never dreamed of being provided with such service. Leo has gone above and beyond. From the moment I completed my first trade with him I knew that this would be a start to something great.
He was highly professional from the start and patient with me the whole way through. Until today I'm trading with Leo and the results I've seen have been beyond what I imagined.

In our days It's comforting to have a broker that I can trust to take care of my account when I'm distracted, Scott is my safety net when it comes to dealing with my trades. He's been guiding me for the last 9 months, and I am finally starting to see real earnings, something i was sure i wouldn't see in the close year. As stressful as trading sounds, if done right it can be enjoyed. I do not look at this as a hobby that will make me rich … rather it's a hobby that challenges me to find the right opportunities by not risking more that I can lose, and the result of the possible income is a bonus. With this mindset every bonus is a gift. I challenge you all to try this and chances are you won't regret it.

The NTC firm is a good firm for starters. I opened my personal account close to two months ago so I don't have a good feel of the company. What I can say is that I was able to go about the trading platform rather easily. I didn't get confused and it was user friendly. That is a big plus for me and I think for many others as well. I'm looking forward to making a trade and seeing how things escalate from there. I'm wishing you all success in your trading journey.
