Absolutely awful. Tried to order a t shirt and tried to pay through paypal but it kept telling me there was an error (I've never had a problem with paypal particularly as it goes straight through my debit card so there's no limit). I emailed the site and asked what I should do and they told me to order again so this was repeated about 4 times, everytime it said there was an error with my paypal. I didn't want to give my card details as I didn't trust the website. Eventually I gave up and ordered the same tshirt from ebay and paid with paypal and it went through the FIRST time! DO NOT TRUST this website! They are out to scam!
Absolutely awful. Ordered T shirt on 12/10/2010 and did not arrive in time for Christmas. Really? That's so bad. I'm contacting my credit card company and disputing the charge. Based on the previous review I'm sure they'll tell me the same thing (Just wait!) I ordered another shirt from Cafe Press several days after this order and it already arrived. Their customer service is far superior. They once sent me a free shirt when there was a problem with my order.

I ordered a T-shirt from thetshop.com and it was never delivered.
I continuously contacted them asking where my order was and they said to keep waiting. And I did... and I e-mailed them some more wjen my order was not delivered and asked for a tracking number for UPS or USPS or FedEx or some other shipping company. And they said that there is no tracking number and after 15 business days my order should most definitely be delivered.
Well, today is day 18 and fuess what? Still no T-shirt!
Best part is, there is no refund after 15 business days!
