I recently purchased from them during and received a wonderful package full of goodies. The prices were great. The products was exactly if not better than I was expecting ( they were great sale prices). I did have an issue with my google checkout ( my fault) and the owner was nice and helpful with me getting it straightened out. I have all ready placed a second order with them for more goodies for my daughter and me and can't wait to get that package too.
This shop is perfect for the little girls and the older girls. I would recommend it to everyone, I haven't been able to find better products out there for the great prices she has. It is like buying wholesale with out having to buy 100 of them. :)
I have bought several times from the zootique, but the one time I had a problem with an order that didn't live up to their picture, description, or my expectations, they refused to refund my money, and the owner herself got on the phone and had absolutely no people skills., very rude and unpleasant, I will never buy anything from them ever again. Neither will all my friends, family, and crafty moms that create cute stuff with me
