I will never use ticket centers again. They out sourced 5 of my Garth Brook tickets to a broker called Tix City. These are transactions bellow for 3 of the tickets. I sent review on my other 2. Already. My tickettracker was no help either. I needed to retrieve my tickets and they never made them available for claim or acceptance. They say they have a guarantee of what tickets you order or even better seats - B. S.! I ordered what I thought to be very good seats for "Fiddler on the Roof" at the Ordway (middle section not far from the stage). What they sent me were tickets on the very far left of the curtains on the isle! Tickets I would have never-ever bought in my life! The cost for 2d tickets were $369.69 and I have yet to get a refund! I called Apple credit card and told them about it, but after Apple investigated, Apple was told "all sales are final"! So I got stuck for crappy tickets I NEVER USED! I wound up buying another set of tickets directly from the Ordway. It's no wonder that they do not have a phone number for customer service because it's nonexistent! I wrote numerous times to their website "help line" which no one ever responded. Go figure!
