We were recently looking for tickets to a Cubs game. We found Ticketcity by searching online. We found the tickets we liked. The price was fair. We did some research on them and decided to buy. Much to my surprise I received my order confirmation email immediately I ordered. Shortly after that we received the tickets. The game was great. Only thing I would have done different is bought seats in the shade. Next time. We will use Ticketcity again soon.

If I could give it 0 star I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I purchased 4 tickets in May for an event in September, and was constantly assured my tickets would be sent as soon as they were released! 1 week prior to the event, still no tickets! I was finally told that those seats weren't actually available! What? Seriously?! I was offered an "upgrade"... ummm, 2 sections over isn't an upgrade, it's a lateral move, especially since I could have bought the same seats I was "upgraded" to for much less than my original price! I was told what section and row I would be in so I purchased 2 additional tickets in that same section and row because I had some additional people who wanted to got with us... but low and behold when I was able to download my original 4 tickets they were in a different row! Now I have 2 people sitting in a different row than my original 4! What a joke. I have spent countless hours over the past few days trying to get some satisfaction, with no success. I received one email from their supervisor of customer service and then he quit corresponding! They broke our original agreement since they couldn't honor my original seats, then couldn't get the location correct of my new seats. They keep blaming it on the "seller"... NOT my problem! I purchased the tickets from TicketCity it is your responsibility to ensure the service and guarantee the sale, otherwise it is a breach of contract! I will be seeing this sad excuse of a company in court!

Very easy to use and prices were best I found online. I chose mobile delivery tickets, TicketCity was helpful in helping me get the tickets on my mobile phone.

Comprensible todo. Buen diseño de pagina.me encanta que se pueda ver la informacion de cada evento de manera tan detallada, tambien la division de categorias por asi decir de los eventos es muy practica a la hora de buscar dependiendo los intereses de cada persona
