Purchased a monthly unlimited wash pass. The vendor wanted me to place a adhesive tag on my windshield which I did not agreed. The attendant asked me to give the tag back and canceled the membership and advised that I should get a refund. The attendant further offered a free car wash for the trouble. I never received the refund and when contacted the business the manager (Matt) said he was not going to give me a refund. Explained the situation and he told me that he was not in the business of giving out free car washes. I explained that I never asked for a complementary car wash and that all I wanted was my refund to which again said he will not give me my money back.
