Avoid this seller. They lack integrity — I had to file multiple claims with Amazon against them. They still would only partly refund a portion of the cost of an unused product I shipped back and sending it back was extremely difficult. I had to raise multiple claims. Unethical, poor products, shabby service. Extremely frustrating to deal with. I would avoid at all costs.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
Couple of years ago purchased an electric blanket from this company via ebay. Was satisfied with that transaction.
However half of the blanket stopped working. As it was over 2 years since the purchase date obviously it was out of warranty.
Contacted this company asking about purchasing a new one similar to the old one. They advised that if I did that, they could give me a 15% discount as I was a returning customer.
I asked how they could do this as I had to pay full price on ebay with payment through PayPal. They said not to worry as they would credit my PayPal account.
Despite numerous messages to them, I still have not received my credit and they are not responding to any messages I send.
My advice, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
