Read the reviews on Trust Pilot before you purchase from this company. This is my first & last time purchasing from this company. I wore the item once, it fits perfectly, however, I noticed when I folded it, that the seams on the armpit are coming apart after one wear. I assume it arrived like this & I just didn't notice or it unravelled during the day? Who Knows, either way, the seams should not be coming undone on a BRAND NEW ITEM AFTER ONE WEAR. I emailed them to let them know of the quality & their response prompted me to write this review...This is their response to my email: "I am sorry for what happened but due to company policy the garments used cannot be exchanged. Regards and have a nice weekend".
So basically it's my problem & they take no responsibility for the quality. Also, it falls on me for not having predicted the unravelling in the armpit, a place I never check on a new item. I have since read many reviews & they all say the same, TERRIBLE QUALITY & NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Such a disappointing first & last experience with this company.
