I believe everything on this site is written by "Godmode" who is the owner of the site and the admin. I did a "whois" on the domain. He does not answer his customer support portal on the site so why have it?. There is no way to get in touch with anyone at the site unless you sign up for the forum and then hope and pray they answer. The articles and answers are always just fronts for links to affiliate offers.
My recommendation is to look for advice elsewhere.
