Tjmxx

I went in to the San Luis Obispo location and was greeted with a friendly smile and a welcome in… never had that before, so I knew my experience was going to be good. After a few mins the same person who greeted me coming in asked if I was finding everything ok as she was speaking to a fallow employee. Later as I started down the stationary aisle I seen this employee was cleaning up and restocking well talking over the headset. I asked her how her day was and she turned and said peachy how's yours miss? I smiled and said great she was very engaging with every customer she came in contact with was surprised to see she was a manager there as I don't really ever see management on the floor working there so it was very nice to see and know that Tjmaxx is hiring genuine managers now. Her name was Darlene and she definitely made my entire experience worth coming back for… great job Tjmaxx and amazing job Darlene…. Best customer I've ever gotten at this location.
