I placed an order on August, but until today (10/13/22), my parcel is not delivered. I wrote mails to get the status, but all the replied mails were AUTO replying, saying the junk answers. No customer service came to reply to my questions. The only way to inquire/communicating is email to a stupid machine and then you couldn't get any help. I believe this seller is a one-man/or few guys shop, No customer service, No anybody to reply mails. Once you placed the order, they will cash your credit ASAP and then you will get the below results 1. Your address was wrong, if you need your parcel delivered, you have to pay $9.99 re-shipping fee (Auto e-mail replied) 2. Or Your delivered products were like a junk, far away from your expected, yes, you can return (but no fully credit back), even more you have to pay returning shipping fee. 3. Or You may be totally ignored My advice is, a. Don't be fooled by 50% off, they Put 50% off for whole year/and whole their life. B. Skip and run away ASAP when you see the adv. Of Today's deals V. I would say it is scammer.

A couple of weeks ago, a neighbor-friend, bought for my birthday 2 pair of what looked like comfortable leisure shoes at $39 a pair; they were ugly, very cheap looking and of dubious quality and I couldn't even slide my feet into it, despite being my size. This outfit tried at least 10X to convince us to keep it or " gift it to a friend " starting an offer of $5 to eventually $20; we responded that not even a $50 discount would I keep it. They refused to send a prepaid return label. I eventually took it to the post office and even paid for a " tracker " so that they can never say it was never returned! Lesson learned... avoid NO name crooked outfits!

a real business name would have been helpful !
