I purchased No Touch Thermometer, took two and half months to get to me and arrived in crushed box and not working. I contacted PayPal, finally they accept to refound the puchase price when I send the item back to them, the price is $44 and I have to pay for shipping and that cost $35 to send it back and since they know that they are repping of American customer.
Touchless thermometer is off more than 4°F. They won't work with me to correct the problem.

I ordered an item on 4/12/2020. I was told it shipped on 4/14/2020. My item has never left the warehouse in Hong Kong. Delivery was expedited 5 to 10 days and it has been almost a month and a half. I asked cutomer service for help and they sent me the tracking number again and told me they hope it comes soon. I emailed them again and told them that I did not need tracking and I needed to know why my package hasn't left the facility. They told me that they shipped it and they hope it comes soon. Absolutely ridiculous. They had no problem charging my card, but can't ship a single item after the shipping info is already printed and then do nothing at all to answer my questions or check with their facility as to why my item has jot left yet.
Tomtop appears on the surface to be legit, until U deal with them. Non-existent customer support when U contact then if they respond, they simply send U a useless, blank response. Total fraud and misleading advertising, my suggestion is that we need a class action lawsuit to shut them down for good. Enough of this BS..

I ordered an animated bike light for my 8 year old and it came without the rechargeable battery (the box had been opened). When I reached out he said it's not included however it specifically states on the website the rechargeable battery is included. He told me to go buy one. If you try to return they tell you they will hit you with fees.

I placed an order for a RF Modulator. They sent me a defective one. I made a complaint. They asked me to send it back. I spent almost the same cost as the modulator to return it. They neither sent me a replacement nor worried about my extra cost incurred to me. I am a pensioner and they were least bothered.
They sent me trash and would not give me a refund or exchange without jumping through every hoop and obstacle they could put in my way. I will never do business with them again, and I suggest you dont either.

My product arrived in 6 weeks; too late for Christmas. When it did arrive, it was not well-packed and the boxes for the products were completely destroyed, so would have been too embarrassed to give as a gift anyway. I will have to donate them to charity. Will not buy again. Seller did not provide reimbursement or concession.

I should have know from their sketchy website offering coupons and tacky spin the wheel chances to win things by writing good reviews, but I bought an item anyway. Bad idea. Ordered an item with priority shipping ehich claimed 3-6 days. It was been 14 days. Well passed the day I needed the item. Item was sent from Cali to Nevada to Colorado to Utah to Missouri before reaching my local USPS. That is NOT Fedex priority shipling.
I contacted Tomtop and was given excuses like "bad weather" or "it was the holifays so shipping was slow". No, that makes no sense. It is obvious they did not use priofity shipping and it is obvious they will not given me a partial refund. They actually sent me another tracking code for a package in London and said "oh the package has been delivered why don't you go check!". I am in the USA, not the UK. They will not address my partial refund request. And I have finally just blocked them. Also shady was that you can pay through paypal, but the transaction account is not under Tomtop's company name but some super long Chinese characters and numbers account.
You get what you pay for, wholesale shady Chinese company. Well in my case, I haven't even gotten what I paid for yet, so I have no idea about the quality of their items. Do Not Trust all these good reviews, some may be real, but unless you don't mind waiting half a month to a mo th for your item this is not a 3-4 star company. Now I just want my item and to never ever interact with Tomtop again.

I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
