I purchased a Tour Edge 3 wood via Revolution Golf. Shame on a company as well thought of as Tour Edge to partner with such a vendor. They do not honor a full 30 days to try out the product. They demand that they receive the product back within 30 days, and charge for shipping on returns. Further the product is shipped and returned directly to Tour Edge! It would appear that Tour Edge not only offers free return shipping they will extend the 30 day time limit. You should make sure your vendors hold the same standard, in the long run it ends up tarnishing your company as well. However the Tour Edge account rep for Revolution made verbal promises she did not keep. Very disappointing. So just beware if you purchase anything and read the fine print carefully, make sure you take names of who you spoke to and hold them accountable.
