Absolute disgrace of a company.
I ordered a tracksuit which is not the cheapest of tracksuits by the way and i was notified it was allegedly dumped outside my front door for all to see and i never gave permission for courier to do this and I live on a very busy road business, carparks, shops etc so always a busy road so no parcel should ever be left anywhere but with myself.
I arrived home on this day to no parcel outside my frontdoor or with neighbours and I don't have a safe place to check.
Contacted trailberg straight away and reported the issue as im very concerned i am out of a good few quid.and have no tracksuit and now 3 days on 6 emails later and still NO reply... shocking.

Absolutely shocking to be ignored so all I'm going to do now is slate them on every review platform possible and do a charge back with me bank so don't know why they are ignoring me as the issue is not going away and it will be worse for trailberg in the end because instead of giving me a refund as they should because the parcel is there responsibility until it reaches my hands safely not the middle of the street then they will just loose out as not only will I get the money back through a bank charge back then I will be BADLY reviewing on every review platform that exists and this alone will cost them a lot of customers.
You are a disgrace trailberg.com as you are insured with courier company so you're not loosing out... you'd just rather see a unhappy customer loose out.
YOU WILL SEE ON ATTACHED IMAGES WHERE THE JOKE OF A COURIER SAYS HE LEFT PARCEL BY MY FRONT DOOR... SO HE SAYS... VERY DOUBTFUL & WITH GPS OR NOT THIS PROVES NOTHING AND IM STILL OUT OF POCKET AND OUT OF GOODS.
