The bag I ordered smells heavily of chemicals and is impossible to use. The whole room stinks.
A friend got a swollen tung when she was looking at the bag, an allergic reaction. Really scary! I contacted them but they don't answer (not surprised).
It is also difficult to find a description of what material some of the items are made of. Sometimes you don't know if it leather or not.

O stars! They are a scam stay away i ordered handbags paid 108 dollars and i just wanted to return them and they would not respond with the address like the said they would i am very angry and i will report them to internet fraud! Stay away really!

Hi guys i bought quite a few items from the above website, but to my suprise im trying to log into the said website and lo and behold they no longer exsist. Im out of quite a bit of my money now. What can i do to get back my money Thanks guys

Never had a problem with them and never had to return a bag either.
Bags came very fast and looked identical to the real thing. I have people who have the real thing asking me where or how I got mine because it looks identical. I love their prices and they are a great site.

I spend more than $500.00 with them, and i was sent only $125.00 worth of products. Its bad enough they charged my credit card in full BUT the products were TERRIBLE quality once i opened them. Few products were up to a decent standard. DO NOT ORDER!

The products I purchased were of excellent quality and I received my order in a matter of DAYS! The customer service is awesome! Placing another order very soon! Transoffer.com is NOT A SCAM. The products they represent on their website are exactly the products you will receive.

The most important thing to remember with this site is you get what you pay for. The cheaper price means less quality; look at the pictures closely; if it looks cheap chances are its cheaply made. I have not had any problems with my orders so I haven't had to deal with their customer service department. What I can say is I like their prices and large selection. I'm not so fond of their shipping quotes.

I read the first review on this page from "Leslie M" and she's got to be full of crap. I was such a DIFFICULT customer to this poor company in China, and they were nothing but polite, professional, and sweet to me. They handled EVERY request quickly and kindly, and even offered to let me keep the merchandise FREE if I wasn't happy with the quality. Because of this review I read, I treated this company so badly cause I believed after this review that this company was a scam. THEY ARE NOT A SCAM. Lightning FAST shipping, and GREAT QUALITY PRODUCTS as well as GOOD OLD FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICE! There are NOT enough stars on this chart for me to give these guys.
