I was full satisified with the treatment for travancore ayurveda for weight loss. They gave me exact diet routines which i followed & now i lose my weight upto 15kg in a month, thanks to their treatment.

(1) Please change the therapist everyday so you get to know the difference. The 1st day was fantastic and then i preferred continuing with the same...it was only during the therapist day off when i was assigned other therapist i realized my 3 days therapy was not perfect. If you are going in for a long treatment this is very important as this is not every day we take and do not have any prior experience and therefore a comparative view will only help us determine which therapist to finally continue with. (2) They do not have proper controls around slot appointment...i have experienced delay of at least 45 minutes on regular basis. (3) Just to apply a normal medicine they have made me sit for 45 minutes on the pretext that rooms are unavailable. Once rooms were free finally one of the therapist applied the paste in their reception section only. This could have been done earlier as well. Preeti Madam the receptionist over there said the therapist was from other branch...but point is ultimately he only applied during their closing hours for which rooms were not needed. (4) They do not have any official email id or number to raise a compliant/concern. The number displayed at the reception is of some other branch as when have called up after hearing the concern i was been told they will get back to me in 10 minutes which never happened. (5) Presently have raised the request to cancel the rest of the package which have taken of 25K...and am being told it's not possible. So be very careful in selecting...as it is once you make the payment regardless of your concern and the genuine issues you are having, you will not get your money back. Lastly enquire about the branch professionalism and services before you select the branch but to an extent possible avoid Madinaguda branch.
