Used to be named Beach Front All Inclusive and recently changed their name to Travel Store VIP.

They cold call with "Thank you for choosing Hilton" (or any other resort they are not affiliated) and try to sell you on a timeshare. Their pitch is generally deceptive and they do not respect when you request they stop calling. Give it a few months and they will change their name again to dodge negative reviews.

Tip for consumers:
Just avoid it. The lack of reviews should be telling especially if they claim they have been in business for 13 years or whatever the recent claim in.

Travel store vip called me offering a discounted vacation to take a timeshare tour in Bota Bora. The verification dept was supposedly out of Orlando Fl. But I doubt it. They had a 321 area code however with voice over Ip anyone in any city or country can get any area code they want. I work for AT&T. I went ahead and agreed to sign up for $1942. 33 and they charged my card. This was yesterday. Today the number I used to call them is disconnected. I believe what they do is they have did's which are direct inward dial numbers. Once someone signs up they disconnect the DID so you can no longer reach them. I called my bank this morning and reported it as fraud. The charge is still in pending status so I had no problem getting it removed. The company charging me was sp Pago which is a 3rd party credit card processing company out of Mexico. I will never give any timeshare companies offering me a free vacation my information again.

Tip for consumers:
They will charge your credit card and you will not receive a thing

Products used:
None it was a scam

LIke others the call said Hilton and I have purchased Hilton before so I went ahead and paid 1900 for a travel package in 2021. Because of covid I could not use it, but I have been calling through 2022, and now 2023. Always the same spiel, no inventory call again in 4 months. When asked to speak to a manager he conviently is never in. I DO BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED

Tip for consumers:
UNDER THE GUISE OF HILTON, BUT THE NAME WILL CHANGE TO TRAVEL STORE VIP

Products used:
NONE, THEY DO NOT SEEM TO HAVE THE INVENTORY THEY CLAIM

Has anyone actually used them to book a vacation? Did it go through, did you get a vacation out of the deal?

I was contacted early 2022 about getting 4 trips with airfare for membership. Although they sent paperwork via email the phone number quickly became blocked once I wanted a refund buyer's remorse like this company is a big scam. I called from a different number and I got a solo employee I should have known better this is a counterfeit company it has a website that just recently was put online for a so called 20 year company even if they were originally Travel Smart VIP the reviews are also bad. I had to dispute with my credit card company because they would not take my calls nor refund me via my written email day after the purchase. I don't think they gave my credit card company back the $. Definitely a SCAM highly recommend stay away from this vacation bonus trips program that wants you to wait 6 months before you book any bonus travel. I'm guessing so you can dispute the payment for the fake company.

I got called last night from a spoofed number *******306. When I answered I got a prerecorded message about Hilton. I've worked in dozens of these travel phone rooms for 20 years and even owned them so I know the game. Most ppl working in these rooms are either criminals & or drug addicts & that included me. I am on the National Do Not Call List since 2016 so the fact they called me means they broke the law under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act & owe me $500 per call. More info on how to scam the scammer and collect it is at youcallisue.com

So after pressing 1 to hear the details I was connected to a fronter whose job is to pitch the call and give me a high price. He read me the exact same script I've heard and read a thousand times before. He then transferred me to Stephanie the sales manger. This position in the biz is called a T. O. (closer who Takes Over) their job is to sweeten the deal & pull my credit card.

Stephanie is a liar & doesn't know what she's talking about. She kept trying to use RCI for credibility saying I would tour with RCI & that RCI owned the resort. Again, being in the biz 20 yrs I know that RCI, AKA Resort Condominiums International is owned by the Cendant Group. RCI does not own a single resort nor do they sell timeshares, they are simply a time slot exchange company.

I wanted to find out who was behind this scam so i pretended to be interested & haggled with Stephanie down to $450; we started at $1,900. Before giving her my debit card I transferred the money out so the charge would decline but tell me who it was.

She transferred me to verification & I hung up knowing they'd call right back breaking the law again & owing me another $500. This time they called back from a real verified number +1 *******861. They read me the verification script & i gave them permission to bang my card that i knew wouldn't hold.

The charge shows up as Sr Pago Tour On Top. Sr Pago is a 3rd party processor in Mexico similar to our PayPal or Square in the US. Sr Pago is marketed to ppl with no bank account or credit. Basically this company couldn't get a real merchant account.

The real company is yet to be determined but the name of it is probably Tour On Top. I couldn't find it in Florida so if anyone got info mailed or emailed please upload it to Youcallisue.com so i can make them pay.

My next step is to find out who owns +1 *******861 as that is a real DID with the check mark.

Tip for consumers:
They cold called you which is against the law. that’s where they started, now proceed at your own peril
