Trendybeau

They are copying pictures of dresses and posting them on their web site. They take your money and send you pieces of trash. They ignore your e mail, request of cancellation or refund. They took 4 months to send those pieces of trash that are not the dresses from the pictures on their web site. We need to do something about it. This company is getting rich with the trust of customers. I already sent a letter to the Embassy of China, we all need to send a complaint, this is not the way to do business.

I ordered a white cotton maxi dress in February as part of my wedding ensemble. It was priced in dollars and converted into sterling cost £35.00
I wanted it for May 2020 to take to USA where I was getting married. I received an overnight email informing me that the order was being processed. I paid on a debit card which came out of my bank within 48 hours. I was promised delivery between 5-10 days. 2 weeks after promised delivery date... no dress. I emailed them I waited a week still no dress
But another email stating delivery problems etc. This back and forth communication went on for a further 4 weeks just empty promises and excuses. I contacted my bank who traced the banking details to Poland
And told me it was a registered Polish website not Chinese as I had thought. My bank eventually refunded me the full amount so all ok but I never ever received my order. This site is definitely a scam
Please please ignore this clothing site

I bought two items from this company. One was a sweater and a jacket The date I ordered was December 2,2019. Both of them were not what I ordered. I received the sweater the last week in January. Today I got the jacket on February 3,2020. The inside lining was very thin. It was not a jacket for winter. The picture looks like it was a thick sweater it was not like the picture. I might take the jacket apart and make something else out of it. Do not order anything from this Trendy Beau. There clothes are junk.

All OF US CUSTOMERS NEED TO START A PETITION, and get it to the EMBASSY of China to bring awareness of what is going on especially with trendybeau, dress-wi-wi, and other online shops from CHINA. They are taking our money and not providing the actual item. They are taking pictures of clothes from other stores, pricing them to sell and they are making them in sweat shops thereby sending you another version and trying to keep our money. Let's get together and start a PETITION to get to the EMBASSY of China. From the pictures you can clearly see the the huge difference-it is not the same dress.

I made a purchase on October 31st. In theory, it took 5 days to process and 10 days to deliver my purchase, I was charged an additional $ 11 for shipping. Today, December 16, I received nothing, just ridiculous explanations. DO NOT BUY AT TRENDYBEAU, THEY ARE SCAMERS
