Trifecta Deals TOTALLY came through for us! We were scammed by hoaverboarder.com and the other company they own and use under a different name! With my sons birthday being this week, after a long drawn out battle with the scammers, I called trifecta Monday, they shipped it on Monday and it was at my door this morning! If I could kiss this company, & would! BONUS... free shipping AND... it was $16 cheaper! Definitely using this company again!

Ordered a hoverboard as a Christmas gift and was told that it would be here by Christmas. After watching my item set and go nowhere for 3 days, I was wondering if it would make it. Three days before Christmas I saw it was not going to be here, so I cancelled the order and had to hustle and pay more for another one. Trying to get the money refunded took over a month and low and behold they took out a restocking fee. I would stay clear of this company, as they did nothing to help me.

SCAM! DO NOT buy anything from this place! Returned a board after it blew up, haven't received a replacement and they won't answer emails! You can't get anyone on the phone, if you don't believe me just try it before you even attempt to order. I followed their policy to the letter and they have simply ignored me and I am out my money and a hoverboard. I am so disgusted with this so called company. DO NOT buy!

Received hover board that was cracked in several places, returned for replacement, & company sent back same hover board that was NOT REPAIRED with same cracks and now more cracks than before I returned it and in the wrong box with wrong charger, user manual and remote, all of which I returned in the original box with hover board for replacement. Have sent several emails to this company with no replies. Tried calling many times, only to get a recording to email, which nobody replies.

We ordered 2 HooverBoards in August both were damaged which cost 50.00 to send back one was sent back, the other still has not returned which this is December. I am not sure how a company could be so dishonest and stay in business, we r now disputed charges on our credit card: I have ordered many things online and Never had any problems the company has sent me e-mails that it is on its way, well its been 4 months. Pleas dont ordered from Trifecta.

Do not purchase! I bought 2 hoverboards 2 years ago and the transaction was good. 5 months ago I purchased 2 charger for $60 and have yet to get them. And every email is responded that they are looking over my ticket. Scam!

I ordered 2 hoverboards on 12/16/16. Received tracking number on 12/17/16 saying shipment on its way. Then when I tracked package it said request sent to ups. Waiting pick up. On Dec 30 the status hasn't changed. The company promised to have all orders sent out by today but it's 800 and mine hasn't shipped out yet. The bad thing is they will not refund money so my kids are still without Christmas present. Thanks trifecta deals

They will not respond to any of my emails I have sent them! I ordered my daughter a hover board for her birthday and the charger doesn't work! We borrowed a charger and the hover board worked fine but I feel they should send a new charger because ours never worked from the first day we got it! So now I'm forced to spend the money on a new charger since they have no interest in making things right and replacing our charger. I wish I would have read more reviews about this company before ordering from them because now I see this happens all the time! They will not respond to any emails and they don't provide a customer service number. VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED we just spent $250 on this and she can't even use it

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a hoverboard for my daughter for Christmas -it worked for ONE DAY. It wasn't the pictured item, but we let that go. We shouldn't have! It hasn't worked since and I have no way of getting in touch with them. They do not respond to e-mails and the phone number rings busy. All I want is for them to fix this one or replace it. They have my money and we have no hoverboard for months now!

Read their facebook comments company scanned so many people during xmas this year they sold products they didn't have then promised customers bogus hoverboards they refused to refund money to people stay away from them

My friend ordered a hoverboard for her son's Christmas. It was defective. After fighting the company, she was able to return it for a replacement. Which was also defective! Now the company refuses to give her a refund until she pays money to send it back so they can decide if she deserves a refund. Just refund her dang money so she can buy it elsewhere! #ChristmasforElijah #WorldWarMom

We purchased 2 hover boards and had to return one, it broke 3 days after we received it from Trifecta Deals, which we returned and they received on 1-17-17. I cannot get an update as to the status of this returned board. I have sent 3-4 emails asking for assistance with no response. What would you suggest

Company sucks. They shipped me a broken hoverboard with missing parts. When I emailed them about this, they asked me to take pictures of the missing parts. Kinda hard to take pics of something that not there. Then gets this, JR from support tells me to make things easier on both of us and use a screwdriver to attach the missing screws. At this point I told him he wasn't to bright. So I returned the hoverboard to get a new one that works and they have stopped returning my emails. They took my $209 and stole my hoverboard. These people are nothing but crooks. I can only hope they get busted for the thieves they are.

They sent us a used board. It had scrapes on it, one of the lights did not work, and one of the wheels didn't always work. They told me to send it back, and then told me that they would not do the refund because it was not in brand new condition. Huge scam.

Tip for consumers:
There is no person you can talk to. Jump through hoops to return the product. Do not buy any of their product. Huge scam.

My son ordered a hoverboard from Trifecta Deals Corporation using his own birthday money and was excited when he received it as scheduled. He rode it for 4 days without issue, then a part seemed to break or become lodged in between the rotating plates in the middle, rendering the hoverboard useless. After reviewing the return policy, I realized that we would be unable to get a replacement under the 'guarantee', as the item was no longer 'new', but understood that we would be covered under 30-day warranty for a repair. I immediately filled out an RMA request via the website, and a day later sent an email to *******@trifectadeals.com with photos documenting the problem part. I got an email back from 'J. R.', stating that my request had been received, my issue would be escalated and that I'd hear from a team member shortly to discuss in more detail. Nearly a month later, I finally heard back from the 'Success Team', who said that my request was approved and that I could ship the dysfunctional product at my cost, at which point it would be repaired and returned at their cost. I have presumed that the repair would be free, as it was under warranty (evidenced by my email documentation.) And yet, today, I received an email invoice from the company for $40 for the completed repairs! This, after having spent close to $60 to ship it back to them! So, now I am awaiting an explanation as to why I have been billed the repair charges, for what should have been covered under their 'warranty'. After reading various reviews, I am somewhat skeptical. I had a (gut) feeling that perhaps they waited so long to respond to my repair request so that by the time the item was received by them, it would be outside of the 30-days. I hope not to have this fear confirmed. My son just wants his hoverboard back, and I am afraid he has learned the hard way that not every investment is a good one, especially when dealing with little-known companies who fail to offer a phone number as a point of contact. I plan to report Trifecta to the BBB.

I cannot believe I am actually being asked to leave a review. We still have not gotten our issues resolved. You want a review? Here it is. This was bought for my son for Christmas. It arrived damaged and wrecked. Straight out of the box there were scratches and gouges on the front and some of lights don't work. I contacted Trifecta right away. For about a month now, I will get an email saying multiple things like "We're working on your request", "We are expediting your issues", "We will replace your item but you'll have to pay to return it because it doesn't fall under our product guarantee"... I will not pay to return an item Trifecta sent damaged. As of right now, we have a damaged and wrecked hoverboard that we have packed back up. It's basically an over $200 paperweight and no one with Trifecta even attempting to make this right. I would just ask for a refund but I'm sure they'll try to charge a "restocking fee". I will not pay for this horrible company's horrible service. I'm beyond disappointed and as for my son... well he just wants to be able to ride the hoverboard his mom finally had enough money to buy him.

For Christmas of 2017, I ordered 4 hoverboards and 4 carrying cases for 4 of my grandchildren. Later I found I had made a math error in my checkbook and I didnt have enough money to even make my house payment. So I had to call Trifecta to cancel 2 of the hoverboards and cases. I was told they had already been mailed. On 12/21/17, I received a box labeled Hoverboard Smart 2 wheel Unicycle X 2, Order # *******. Because of this wording, I thought it had 2 hoverboards so I didnt open it. I just wrapped it for two of my grandsons. When Order # ******* and ******* came in, they were returned to sender. On Christmas Eve we had our family get-together there was only one hoverboard and case in the box, so one of grandsons did not receive a hoverboard and case. He was very upset. His younger brother got the hoverboard. It hurt me so much because these two boys ages 8 and 11 lost their mother (Tracy Yandle Stiles) in a tragic car crash on Oct 9,2017 in Charlotte, NC and it was their first Christmas without her. We really were wanting to make this Christmas extra special to hopefully take away some of the sting of her not being here. This is the honest truth! God is my witness! Trifecta said they did not receive one of the orders that was returned and were checking with UPS to track it. I did receive a refund (less restocking fee) for two of the hoverboards and cases. However, I have not received the second hoverboard and case which I paid for. I have tried to reach them by phone *******808 and have texted them multiple times but have not received an answer. Who can help me with this problem? I either need a new hoverboard and case or I need a refund of $144.99.

I ordered two hoverboards. One of them did not work. It took their people months to reply to my emails about my defective hover board. I was told to send it back at my cost they would repair it for free and ship it back to me for free. The only thing I had to pay for was shipping it back. It has been over a month since they received my hover board. They claim they never received it until I turned them into the Better Business Bureau. All of a sudden The hover board magically appeared and it is repaired however, they are holding it hostage and refusing to send it back until I pay for the repairs after I was told it would be free repairs. Now they say that my warranty is invalid! Of course it is -It took them months to answer my emails! Do not buy from this company. They sell defective merchandise and do not back up their guarantees. Horrible company. Horrible customer service!

This company is a SCAM.! Please PLEASE NEVER order ANYTHING from them. They will send you products that do not work and when you try to contact them they will tell you that you will get a return shipping label within the next business day, after that you will never hear from them again and they will stop emailing you back. They have no working phone number so everything has to be done online. I have done lots of checking on them and they have multiple companies once one gets enough bad reviews they close up and start another. One of their other companies is COWBOY WHOLESALE which does have a working phone number so Please call call call call if you to have had issues. *******040 if you ask for Trifecta Deals they will connect you. When the person picks up you ask if this is Trifecta Deals they will say yes and once you tell them you are having issues, they tell you they are not in fact Trifecta Deals. It is a total SCAM! I really hope this helps anyone else from getting ripped off!
