I placed a $189.90 order with TripleXLive, what a mistake. I paid for 3 day shipping - that was a week ago and no word yet. I was supposed to get a tracking number in an email but that has never happened either. (no it's not in my spam folder either) I wish I had searched online for reviews first but who does that for every purchase? Long story short they won't respond to emails and you can't reach a person on their phone unless you're trying to buy a home security system or claim a walmart shopping card or a 5 day vacation in Florida. What the hell does this stuff have to do with this business? I want to talk to someone from TripleXLive not deal with some stupid spamming non related crap. If I had their address I'd probably show up in person and demand satisfaction. I bet that doesn't happen often. Of course they'd probably be closed or out to lunch or remodeling or out of business, etc. I can't believe there's no way to really do anything other than complain on here about this. Don't waste your time or money with this scamming company.

NOT ONLY DID THEY CHARGE ME FOR THE ITEM I BOUGHT, BUT THE STOLE MY BANK DETAILS AND TOOK 1000 POUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT, THEY THEN TROLLED ME OVER MY GRAMMAR WHEN I EMAILED TO COMPLAIN, IVE CONTACTED THE POLICE.

Scam website, don't ever order from them, they respond to emails but make excuses about your order, they just want your money and nothing us, terrible people and business. You pay and you never get your order from them avoid at all costs.

Not sure if they are a scam but they are definitely incompetent. Two weeks after I placed an order, I finally got a refund. Never going to bother with them again.

Please don't buy products from this seller, they are scam and money theft, if you order from them. They never ship the products to you, they only create a shipping label and drop a sample of condom in the box or envelope ship it to you. They cheating to paypal that they are proof tracking number." delivered. "

We are part of victim, i was placed my order 2 week ago and waiting for long time, he didn't ship out my products. Ounce i try to dispute the transaction from PayPal.

The second day the seller was pretend to ship out the products and drop to USPS. Seller put the sample of condom in the envelope and ship it to me.

When i open the envelope. Inside doesn't have the products i was ordered. Inside only contain a small box of sample of condom. That was so stupid.

The seller was liar and cheating to paypal, that he ship out the products and proof tracking delivered. Many people was suffered and become victims.

We will report to my local police officer. We want a right and protect the consummer.

We try to contact PayPal, but they never trusted us and still allow the seller keeping an account in eBay and hurting many customer and consumer from buying.

They never sent item.
They made excuses.
No product they just stole the money...
They are a bunch of crooks.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
