I too was scammed I never even received their product and I was charged $93 but I never ordered their products. I have their address and I'm going to complain to their consumer fraud department in their state

I AM ANOTHER PERSON THIS COMPANY HAS SCAMMED. IT COST ME AN EXPENSIVE LESSON! DO NOT ORDER A FREE TRIAL OF THIS PRODUCT. I CALLED AFTER MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS DEPLETED AND AFTER 20 MINUTES ON THE PHONE THEY AGREED TO REFUND 50% OF THE PRICE. THE PRICE, BY THE WAY, IS $93 PER PRODUCT.

I have learned a very expensive lesson so I want to help others. DO NOT try this horrible eye serum and eye cream. They offer a trial and say you have 30 days to be billed and can cancel before that. However the small print says you have to call by 14 days or return the product or you will be billed. Also, when you purchase online it adds another eye cream that is the same amount as the serum. So when you think you have 30 days, you really only have 14 which is more than enough time to discover that the product is junk, but in the back of my head I kept thinking I had 30 days and maybe it would get better. UGH! It does nothing and while you wait for it to do something, they charge your credit card $200.00. And if you don't call in time (which I was a day after the "trial period") and cancel, you will be charged another $200. They give you a 4 page small print online T&C that I did not fully read. My fault. So I do not want anyone to believe the hype that this is a good product. IT IS A HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND YOU WILL BE BETTER SERVED TO SPEND YOUR MONEY ON ANYTHING ELSE! TERRIBLE PRODUCT, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND JUST TERRIBLE COMPANY. They also go by True Coffee for other products. Stay away from them too!
