T-shirt Studio

I ordered a Christmas present in November when it hadn't arrived by the 14th December I was told they would send it next day delivery. We received nothing by the 17 so we called all day no answer, finally got through on the 20th December and said they were out of stock and had been for 2 weeks! I do not have enough time to get the personal presents for 2 people now. The lady said don't worry though I will refund you!

For the price you pay you can't complain, you for what you get. I ordered 2 premium t-shirts, waited a week (which wasn't so bad) and when they arrived I was a quite disappointed with the quality of the print, it had little white dots all over it and didn't have a nice feel to it. The quality of the t-shirt was nice but the fit is pretty awful, it fits almost perfect except for the sleeves which are very short and small, so the top looks good on until I look at my arms and it doesn't look like it fits me. If your wanting a reasonable priced t-shirt of your own prints then I'd 100% recommend but if your looks for very food quality then I wouldn't bother. This is not a biased review just me giving my opinion. Overall score? 6.5/10

Abysmal Service.
I placed an order for a personalised mug on a Wednesday which was the 13/12/17 and even paid extra for quicker delivery. Note that on their website, they state to dispatch orders in 2 working days. I wanted an image and some text and provided instructions on how I wanted the text displayed which they did not follow.
I called them on the 18th after checking the status of the order and seeing that it was still in artwork preparation despite their dispatch time of 2 days. The agent on the phone told me she would get it sent out on the day and told me she would send it via expedited delivery. The next day I checked and it was still in artwork preparation. I phoned once again and the agent delivered the same false promises of sending out the order on the day. I got an email on the 20th, saying that it was dispatched and I received the order on the 22nd. Really poor service.

This is a company that allows you to have your own designs printed on whatever you may see on their site. I chose my own printing design for a sweatshirt and the quality of the sweatshirt was amazing.The print quality was outstanding and well worth the money. You have to add the cost of postage at checkout but this was only a small fee. Sign up for an account and see what you think. I would definitely recommend this company. This company is in the UK.
