Made my first purchase several months ago and I was so pleased! Love the brand, the aesthetic & the selections! Purchased the 'Elite' sandal/slide. Website is user friendly, customer service/response was fantastic and the product arrived in excellent condition! Leather is supple, shoe fit true to size and constructed very well/very durable - post card & satin dust bag were a great touch,. Pleased with my first purchase and will purchase again!
Order slippers they claimed they were in pre shipment and then it never updated... weeks went by I was credited for the discounted price I paid with a promo code so I would have to repay for shipping for something I never received and pay full price since there no promo code... and literally nothing left in my size now... never again. 0/10 do not recommend

I've been waiting forever to get these boots. I'm really glad I didn't purchase at regular price because I would really be disappointed. The boots look absolutely gorgeous but the quality doesn't match the price as I found several imperfections in the boot. I swear I can compare them to the $59.99 boots at the store called SHU Deals.

My order came within three days! Shoes I ordered was as pictured and beautiful. Company sends emails throughout the whole shipment. I will definitely shop with this company again!

When I kept coming across the snake skin boots on Instagram, I said I need those boots in my life. I was happy to know Twelve AM and is a black owned company. I did my research and seen that they use quality to make their shoes. All of the shoes are unique at Twelve AM. Everywhere I go there's someone bragging on my shoes. I cannot wait to continue to support.
Love my shoes! I'm still breaking them in since I don't wear heels often but they're very comfortable when I do wear them. Perfect height and it goes with anything in my closet.
I order a boots for $170 that is still in my closet and o won't be able to wear.

Zebra boots not what I expected, pictures displayed black and white but they had tan tones to it and didn't like that, I returned them for a refund

I ordered boots on Christmas to wear to my sister's birthday party on January 16. I waited almost 3 weeks and reached out to company and was told they'll ship by end of that week, which was week of the party. I didn't get shoes and had to get different outfit. I reached out again and owner told me they'll ship by end of last week. Another lie. No shipment info, no email, nothing because their "shipment is still delayed" as I was told later, but never did they mention the shoes weren't in stock when I ordered them. It's been a month and I had to initiate a refund through PayPal. I saw online that some customers are also in this same predicament as me, and have been waiting since Thanksgiving. When things happen and they can't fulfill orders, a good company would not take the customer's money or refund it asap. But this company just keeps giving different false shipping expectations and keeps customers money. I think this company should be shut down, as I've researched this and it's been happening for years. I'm going to report this as high as I can go so maybe this can stop happening to others.
I purchased thinking they were wide calf like they were described on website. They were definitely not wide calf and company doesn't do a refund only exchange. So I am stuck with boots that I can't zip up my calf.
I was delighted to see a fashionable and stylish boot that would fit my larger calves. To add to the excitement they were shipped very quickly. When they arrived OMG! They were just as pictured, and the fit was amazing. I would surely purchase again.

I purchased a pair of boots that ran very small. I'm a true size 7 and they fit like a size 6 in women's. I went on the website to return the boots and I selected the option to receive my refund in the original form of payment. Which was by credit card. The company gave me store credit which was not the option I selected. I sent an email regarding the company's error and they stated that the return policy has not been updated and that the only option for refunds is to get store credit. This was the company's fault for not having the correct information on their website.
Tip for consumers:
Do not purchase from this company. Their sizes do not run true to size. They do not allow refunds, although it’s an option on their refund policy. They only give store credit.

I was sent the wrong size slippers. The pair they sent were huge and it was obvious someone made an error and sent the wrong size to me. Since we're in the middle of a pandemic and I'm high risk I couldn't return them.
