I bought some Boots from this Site and after numerous emails and a heafty wait i finally received the products only they were 4 sizes smaller than ordered, Once again contacted company Disputing the fact the the Boots were geniune and asking to return them and they will not send a return address! Suggesting i give the £68 pair of boots as a present and reorder more?
How do i report this to any Authority?

I ordered a pair of ugg boots from this site, didnt take long to recieve them but when i did they were both right foot boots also one was correct size and the other was one size down. When i contacted them they said for me to order another pair and that they will send me 2 pairs to save them shipping costs so they said one i'd get for free however i replied saying i won't order another pair as its their mistake plus i wouldnt be getting a pair for free as i would have paid for 2pairs. However i did hear from them again saying they would sent me a pair if i pay shipping fee and how it will cost £20, i refused to pay it as it became clear they just want money also on the invoice it clearly shows shipping is only £4 something. I then went on messaging them asking for my refund but regardless of how many emails i sent they have never got in contact again. This website is a joke and what i don't get is if they just wanted our money why bother to send the uggs, why not just send correct size. I paid through paypal which means we can claim our money back however i have tried but only way i can is if other people have paid through paypal and have complained to paypal bout same company, so if any of you have then pls try. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE ITS A RIP OFF

I bought some ugg boots off this website. The website stated that they were 100% genuine, they had all ugg boots available for sale and they had good reviews from customers so i went ahead and paid for them with my card over the net. A few days later i still hadnt recieved a tracker number or a confermation email so i was starting to get a bit woried. 6 days after my purchase i still hadnt heard anything so i went onto the website to try to contact them to find that it was no longer a website, just aload of black writing that didnt make any sence to me so now i am £55 out of pocket and i have no way of contacting the company or anyone involved. There are alot of these out there so i would warn anyone to read up about the website you want to order off befor you purchase
