I wanted to find some UGGS that were a cheaper price so I saw this advertisement on facebook to find some UGGS that were 70% off. The website looked pretty legit but when I finally got my boots they were completely fake. I ordered the classic tall grey boots and they sent me some light blue looking ones. I sent numerous emails and did not get a response until a few days before I received my package. I ended up getting a refund, but I had to pay $24 to ship them back. Do not order boots from this site!

I was looking for a pair of UGG boots for a cheaper price and found this website. It looked ok from the pictures and it even says you will be 100% satisfied. WELL, I wasn't! They never sent a tracking number until I hassled them for days. When they finally did, the tracking number didn't work. I emailed them continuously and they would respond with the same answer that the tracking number should work. (their spelling and grammar were horrible) When I finall got the boots I ordered, THEY WERE FAKE! No one could believe they were real. I sent them back (cost me an extra $24) and they said that they received them and are returning my money... I HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY REFUND YET. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I searched online to order UGG boots a little cheaper than buying them in a local store. This website looked good from the pictures but the ordering process was kind of sketchy. I never got a address for the company. I entered cc # and I thougt it would give me the total price and let me hit confirm but it said click to continue... not click to confirm, which most reputable companies do. When I clicked it said "thank you for your order". I was not even able to copy the order page. I ordered two pair... not just one and it said 7-10 days for delivery. Well it took at least 12-14 days and only one pair showed up. They e-mailed me two tracking orders and after going to the USPS website, only one number was a valid number. The boots came from China and are FAKE. Do not order from this website. I finally received the second pair and they are not the same shade of brown as the 1st pair. I ordered the chesnut color and these are two completely different colors of boots even though it says chesnut on the box. They did not incude any type of receipt or packing slip with the boots... only a label on the front of the box that says Wuhan Wanhine Motor Parts. This must be their front for the police or something. I have sent them a email today with a picture of both pair of the boots they sent me, side by side, to show how fake they are and requested a full refund for $180.00 which they charged to my credit card. Be careful when ordering. I usually am very careful but got in a hurry this time and now out $180.00. Please do not order from this website... uggonboots.com
