Can I give zero stars? Ordered 2 dumpy bags of topsoil, paid extra for a next day delivery. Order confirmation arrived, but delivery scheduled for a few days time... thankfully I noticed, and after a few frantic emails got delivery corrected. That was only the start of the problems though. Bags duly arrived, but were way, way short of the ordered quantity, the total that arrived was approx half of what was ordered. And the two bags were not even filled to the same level. Two identically sized bags on two identically sized pallets, but both very different in height (to the point where the delivery driver even referred to them as 'the big one' and 'the small one'). Emailed to query, no response. Several further attempts made to contact UK Gravel but without any luck or any response. Not even a 'sorry you must be mistaken', just completely ignored all my attempts to make contact, over several weeks (months, indeed). I've since managed to fill my raised bed, with soil from an alternative supplier (incidentally much cheaper and much better quality), so will most definitely be avoiding these sharks in the future, and suggest you do likewise to avoid being similarly ripped off then ignored. Beware!
