You are obviously not happy. We are very sorry that you did not have the most positive experience here. The reality of the situation is that any company can only afford to keep people that add significant value.
As this is an open public forum, lets bring things out in the open. For starters, would you feel comfortable sharing your real name and email. Would you share how your performance has been in the past 2-3 months? Are there people, at the company, that have been there for a significant amount of time? Is it at all possible that the company was just not a good fit, for you? If so, it is totally fine that two parties don't work together, if it is not a mutually beneficial relationship.
Your career will go on and we certainly hope you are able to find peace and happiness in your new position.
In this situation, either we made a bad hiring decision or you made a bad career decision. Either way, Life goes on. Nobody really knows what transpired and what people's true feelings are.
We do thank you for expressing your concerns. Even though it is unpleasant to read things like this, it probably is also tough to write things like this. Unfortunately without knowing all the facts, we can not even attempt to rectify any concerns.
