Emailed this company asking about a recall on my vehicle, they said," they would have to check to see if there was a recall on the part needed replace." so i waited about 3 weeks, got an email, if i wanted to buy a new vehicle, i told them no, all i wanted was a yes or no on the recall, it's been 3 months, and nothing, if i was going to buy from them, it's never going to happen, bad customer service
Great little car. I bought this car new 3 months ago. I am getting 42 to 45 mpg.
My complaint is with the company. They will not tell you that the insurance rates are expensive. I was turned down by Progressive. They want insure this car. I think the company should be held accountable.
