Universitypharmacy

University Pharmacy is awesome but their compounding lab treats their customers like garbage. When a business sells you a defective product you bring it back and they replace it. Not University pharmacies compounding lab, they call you a liar and blame the problem entirely on you. It is 100% your fault that the medicine is not working. It worked perfectly every other time and my old prescription still works perfectly. This new prescription is defective and they refuse to accept any responsibility for making a compounding error. I found out from a different compounding pharmacy that it is not possible to compound my custom trimix prescription of 5.88/30/2 yet University pharmacy tried and were successful most of the time but not all of the time. When they failed they called me a liar and blamed me! They refused to take any responsibility. And they would not remake it unless I paid for it again. It would have been much easier if they had spoke up in the first place and said "It is not possible to compound that prescription" then I would have talked to my Doctor and changed the prescription. I wont be returning to University Pharmacies compounding lab. I could never trust them again. You have to have trust in you pharmacist.
