After reading these negative reviews I was very hesitant. And sure, when both the "Customer Service" and "Help Center" links go nowhere, it's quite disconcerting. But I decided to order my dishwasher rack from them anyway, due to their low price and free shipping. The part arrived 2 days later. Sorry to hear about all the cases of wrong parts and extra charges, but my experience couldn't have been better,
The website states "You may return your purchase without any penalty". I was charged a restocking fee for my return. They offered to waive the fee. I do not see it a reward for them to waive a fee that should not be there to begin with. A fee = a penalty. The wrong item was shipped to me and they would not cover the return shipping. Therefore, I was stuck with the item since it would have costed me $80 to ship (as much as it costed to begin with!) Misleading business ethics.

I ordered expecting my item to be shipped in 24 hours. 5 days later I looked for the status. It showed in fulfillment. I thought I would contact them for a status update. It is not possible. I called the credit card company to cancel and they gave me a number to call Unlimited Appliance Parts. I called and got some nonsense BS recording about a number of companies. Don't waste your time with this company.

I ordered my part before reading the ratings. If I had seen the ratings, I would have ordered elsewhere. The shipment was taking a little longer than I expected, so I checked the tracking number and it was not valid. I then read the ratings and thought I was sunk. However, I responded to their shipment email (from days before) late on Sunday night. At 4:26 AM Monday morning, I received an email with the correct tracking number and all is well. I know there have obviously been some bad experiences out there but I am quite happy.

The tracking number that was provided with the shipping email was incorrect. When I contacted them, a correct number was promptly provided.

I recently ordered a water drain pump for my LG washer from Unlimited Appliance Parts. The order was shipped in same day in New Year Eve. And arrived Jan. 4th. No complaint at all. Unfortunately the box was broken at arrival from UPS. And the part was broken. I sent the picture of the unopened box and broken part to the company. I got nice response from customer service and at Jan. 6. I got refund confirmation. Even though the part was broken. But I think UPS should pay for the damage. I have nothing but positive to say for this company. Thanks for quick shipping and quick customer service resolution.

I ordered a product with this company, the package was smashed very badly, I contacted them to return it, they would not allow me to return it. I was told to contact the courier, I did contact Fedex, Fedex came back and picked it up to return it to seller. I spent several days on the phone and Emailing them to resolve this. I have door bell video of the package being dropped off smashed, seller isn't interested in fixing this, i'm out $59 so far
Hi, I had to make a chargeback... I have called before making the transaction and they said they had the part in stock and they will ship it right AWAY and now after 9 days and numerous phone calls they haven't shipped the part yet and they said that I will receive an update via email to confirm the shipment within 24 hours which I haven't received and today I have called and requested a refund and they telling me that they will send me an email again which I don't trust anymore... Very disappointing.

I ordered four parts for a gas stove. They shipped one separately, then three others arrived two days later, but one item in the package of three was the same item they shipped early, and one of the four I ordered never arrived. They argued (thru email) that if there was an issue, I should take it up with the shipper, all ordered parts showed up as delivered. (Never mind the two printed packing lists showed their own error.) We all make mistakes... but then, when the facts were finally digested and understood and they said they would issue a refund for the un-shipped piece, eight days later I'm still waiting.

Keep shopping, the cheapest is not always the best way to go.

I researched a part for a range. Unlimited showed a picture of the OEM part (red) and number. The part that came was a Mexican knockoff. I would have returned it but I needed to get the range working. I had to modify the range to make the part fit and work. I would give them 2 stars because at least they shipped something in the time period promised. I will not use them again.

I paid $165.99 for a New Samsung water filter assembly and received a damaged unit with cracks in the clear plastic. Michael at Unlimited Appliance Parts is terrible and their Customer Service is lacking! I had to pay $67 to return this damaged part they mailed me and still have not received a refund. I want back my $165.99 as well as the $67 to return the damaged part they mailed me. I will take this matter as far as it has to go legally! Stay far away from this Company. I would give them negative stars but had to leave one star!

The site is just a modern marketing scheme with fancy pictures. Box arrived damaged, part didn't fit and I'm out $80. They must be a pass-through operation because they take just as long as everybody else, and shipping was the actual reason I purchased through them. They sell you something they have to pass through, and the delivery time is inaccurate. Return page on website gives 404 error, so their site is unmaintained or maybe they didn't pay their bills. Tried 2x to contact via email-NOTHING. NO PHONE NUMBER. Build a relationship with a brick-and-mortar company.

Ordered a part, realized it was the wrong part and notified them I was going to return the item. Received it about 2 weeks later, requested a return number (REA) mailed the package out the next day (over a month ago now) and still no refund! I don't know why they give you a tracking number and then they don't track nor issue a refund! THIS PLACE SUCKS
UAP accepted my PO Box as a ship to address but then shipped FedEx who now says they don't ship to P. O. Boxes. My order should have either been rejected with that address or shipped via a different shipper. When contacted their offshore call center was worthless simply regurgitating the information on the order. I called FedEx myself and found out what had happened and where they ended up shipping the part to. I may or may not ever receive the part, but best case scenario it's over a week late now and I had to track it down myself.
I bought a replacement GE faucet only to discover that the intake tube socket was bigger than the original (3/8" vs 1/4"). I wanted to return the part and requested that they pay for the return shipping and wave the 20% restocking fee but was told no because this fell under their buyer's "remorse" purchase. All this despite the fact that their website made no mention of the size difference or even the intake size on the faucet.
My remorse was that I had to spend more money on parts to retro fit the faucet. That was cheaper than paying $20 to return the part but more work in my end.
I like buying from small businesses, but in this case, buyer beware.
The part arrived in time, but even you registered in their website, as they recommend, you cannot see the shipment status, you can see only dimmed word Shipped, and no tracking #. The tracking # they emailed was incorrect, and no response to my email about incorrect #...
I bought the wrong parts. According the"Return policy" I returned in a brand new condition within 30 days from the day of purchase to get my full refund. Since the day they receive the parts back, it took one month to get my money back after a lots of emails phone callings and despite I complied with the policy return, they charged me 20%, not for restocking but "Buyer's remorse". I consider that as a robe.
Tried for 2 days to order a simple GE part. While it appeared the order was going thru, it kept bringing me back to their Order Page again. NONE of the links of their Customer Service list at the bottom of there website work. Finally found a phone number. Contacted them and, while the rep was nice enough, she NEVER understood what I was explaining. Kept telling me to try again in 24 hours with a different browser. Suffice to say the experience set off that "little voice in the back of my head"... and it's NEVER wrong. Done with them for sure. And after reading numerous other reviews, it just solidified my thinking.
You would be dumb, if you buy a part from these people, they are scammers. I purchased a part from them and gave me the wrong item, and when I returned it within the allowed time, they claimed, they never received it, even though I have a tracking number and the USPS said they delivered it. My advice to anyone, do not waste your money on this site.
I ordered a replacement shelf for my fridge from them. I received a shelf but it was missing the brackets. I had ordered the correct part number for it to come complete with everything. When I began emailing customer service about it they said for me to return it as the item I wanted was out of stock. I mailed it back at my cost and they will not reimburse me for the shipping for their mistake. Upon emailing them several times they stopped responding. I then called them and their response was, "we don't pay for return shipping.". Now I can understand if I ordered the wrong product but they completely send me the wrong shelf. Very poor customer service DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Part was sent to wrong address and returned by FedEx to them now they are charging me a restocking fee? I never got the parts. Should have read the reviews before ordering. Company does this to more the 75% of there ordered, thats how they make there money. Stay away.
I needed a PC control board for my washing machine.U. A. P. Was by far the least expensive, especially with free shipping. The day after I purchased my item I went online and saw a lot of bad reviews. I was afraid I wouldn't receive my product for a week or more and It might be damaged. I had a hard time finding their contact info. But I found their phone number., I really needed this part soon. I ordered the same part from a company who guaranteed same day shipping and I called to cancel from U. A. P. But no one answered when I called. 10 mins. Later I got a call from them. She said it was to late to cancel the order it had already shipped. If I wanted to return the board, she would gladly send me an RMA there would be no restocking fee. Both control board orders came the next day at the same time from the same warehouse, and in great shape. Needless to say I returned the more expensive one. I would absolutely do business with U. A. P in the future.
I only gave a 1 star because there is no ZERO stars option. Have not yet received order. Weeks of waiting. Promised emails which I still have not received. Total Rip Off. Had to order from elsewhere. Trying to get a refund. Terrible terrible response.
Bought a part and it didn't work. I was charged 20% of the purchase and I had to pay for shipping. Looks like they make a profit doing this.
This company says you can return for a full refund but it is a lie! I always read the return policy before I purchase. We purchased the item for our dryer based on what Samsung said on their website. 10 minutes later my boyfriend decided to open the dryer to find out that what Samsung said was the part was in fact not the correct part. I immediately tried to cancel the item with no luck and immediately sent an email asking to cancel the item. I received an email the next day saying sorry it had shipped. When the package arrived we didn't even take it out of the plastic and promptly returned the item. I followed the instructions and did everything they asked. Three weeks later still no refund so I emailed them. They said it was with held up in quality control, I didn't even take it out of the packaging! I finally did receive a refund and it was short over $40. When in inquired about it they said due to buyers remorse we are charging you a restocking fee. This is bad business and poor customer service. I did everything in my power to cancel this order and they completely ignored me. Do not buy from them! They lie and steal!
I have waited for 2 weeks for a product and it not here my customer pissed off at me and now I am not able to fix they fridge, you should go out of business you are horrible customer service, I will never buy from you ever.
