This company is run by Simon Cain Slee who has had to change company names because of the hundreds of people that are chasing him for selling crap properties in Syracuse through his other company American Dream Investments. This man lives in Spain and is a complete scammer. He is moving his operations to florida, where people don't know him or his scams. His partner Pete Rushford runs A&M Properties and Sunstate Property Management and is regarded as one of the worst property managers around. He will charge you for jobs he hasn't done. Any jobs he does complete will need to be done again. Do not deal with these scam artists - you will lose money.
