I ordered and received a receiver that was defective. I returned the item and still have not been able to get a refund. Poor customer care after purchase beware you coulds get stuck with a defective item and get screwed.

Like others folks, I order 3 razor blade and I never received it. I tried To call them 5 times you talk with a machine, and let messages I sent 2 mails, no success. So last thing I will sent a letter... I cross my finger.

If I could give this company no stars, I would. I too placed and order for a razor which I never received. I have called numerous times and sent numerous emails. I am going to try and get the charges reversed on my credit card. My Aunt also placed an order which she never received. I am reporting them to the BBB.

I ordered a razor for my husband... it never arrived... I have called six times and left messages on the recorder, I have emailed six times... no one from customer service has returned any of my calls or emails. My visa card was charged for the product that I did not receive! I am going to report this fraudulent company to Bank of America Visa! Do not use this company! P. R.
