I ordered my dress "as pictured" that had variations of blue and purple beading, and I received a dress that had 1 flat blue colored beading with a different design then what was pictured. I contacted VaDress and sent them side by side pictures and they told me they cannot do anything for me as they only guarantee 95% the same dress.The dress is completely different and NOT what I ordered. Horrible customer service, website states customer satisfaction is the utmost importance, well they lied. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Save your time and money.

DO NOT BUY! Daughter bought prom dress from website. Fabric looked nice but dress was not what was pictured. Bodice was different than pictured and had serious sewing flaws, one to where the tulle was sewn into the bodice and was a big noticeable flaw. Daughter was not able to wear dress to prom. Tried to resolve the problem with company. Called, voice mail always full. Emailed, finally got a response telling us the dress was beautiful and she can wear anyway. Researched more into company, found out was if China. Couldn't ship dress back b/c of the cost to ship back, and they know most people wont' do that. No customer service or returns state side... I would never ever get anything from these people nor would I ever recommend anyone to buy from them...
