My textbooks arrived very quickly and I was able to use them for the semester. There were also EXTREMELY cheaper than the original selling price. I was able to pay out of pocket!

Valore Books has been a great company to work with. They often have the textbook I am looking for with competitive prices. Their rental program is a great way to go if you don't need a textbook long term and are just looking for a book to tide you over for the quarter. They are easy to work with and are great about sending reminders that the rental return is coming due!
Out of other online bookstores for college books I have been the most impressed with Valorebooks. Good quality books, great prices and fast shipping. THANKS!
Ordering from Valore Books was easy. The site has the best prices available for college texts and rentals. They even send you reminder emails to let you know when your books are due back. Free return as well. You can't go wrong!

The item I purchased indicated that it's a new book and would have the access code for the Connect plus. However when I received it in the mail it was only a textbook without the code. I had purchase the access code seperately, which cost me twice as much. I was very upset with this.
Our apologies for the inconvenience! Industry standard maintains that any used/rented items are not guaranteed to come with supplemental materials. This is due to the fact that many access codes are only valid for a one-time use. Although the title of the book may state that the supplemental material is included, due to copyright laws we as a company cannot legally change the title to say that the supplemental materials are not included. We ask our customers to carefully read the seller's notes to confirm if access codes will accompany their rentals. If these codes are a necessity, we suggest contacting that seller directly by clicking the "Contact Seller" button underneath the seller's notes.
Of course, if a new item is purchased, and the access code is listed with the title, it should accompany the book upon delivery. A representative will contact you shortly to verify your order type and provide further assistance!
I will never order a book from this site ever again. I never received the book, and once it was late and I tried to contact the site, they kept on telling me to wait a few days, then wait a few more. It ended up never coming to me, and the person with the book took my bank card info and made charges to my account. I had to claim it as fraud and I needed to get a whole new debit card and be without one for a whole week because of this! Never again.

The web site suggests regular shipping is by mail, which clearly implies US Mail. But the product begins the journey via some alternate shipping system which has serious internal delays; it is only the last leg of delivery that is done by US Mail.
My package sat in Philadelphia for over a week, nothing moved, until finally it was delivered.
I don't understand the system being used but definitely found it less than clear or efficient.

Hello! Valorebooks would like to apologize for the confusion. Some of our sellers choose to ship items via joint-programs among shipping carriers. Essentially, a larger carrier will ship the book between large cities or across state lines. The package is then delivered to the smaller carrier for local delivery. If you're ever unsure of your tracking information, we recommend contacting your seller directly! Or you can try inputting the number into a search engine for all possible shipping carriers!
Always had textbooks that I needed, great prices whether I rented or purchased the books always recieved them on time and very easy to return rentals, they always follow up to make sure you recieved merchandise and are satisfied.
I don't understand why I paid individual shipping on multiple paperback books when they all came in one package.

As such, more than one seller might fulfill an order. Therefore, we have a shipping price/item policy with our sellers. In the future, however, if you place an order for multiple books from the same seller, I encourage you to contact the seller to inquire if the books can be shipped within the same box. I sold my new book with zero highlights and zero writings. After 3 weeks I received an email saying my book was unacceptable. I emailed and called several times telling to ship my book back. That was in August 2015. Today, 29 Oct 2015, I still have not received my book, overtime I call them, the story is always the same - "your book was shipped using USPS but we do not have a tracking number and can't track it".
Save yourself all this stress and unprofessionalism by avoiding this company.
I ordered my book a month and and still haven't received my book yet. Worst company to order book from.
PLEASE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My experience with Valore books was... the worst! For 8 months I was charged with late fees totaling over $300 even though the books had been returned. After months of calling and trying to resolve the issue their"courtesy" was to close my account, but theydid not offer me any kind of refund for the excessive charges. They are extremely hard to contact, their customer service is terrible, and operations clearly inadequate.
You can buy popular DVDs from third party sellers... really inexpensively compared to Amazon.com. It's easy to use the site. They have good customer service and tech support.
