I received my kanger topbox with a used coil in the box and two of the same coils instead of the 3 different kinds as noted on the box. Its been almost a month now since I ordered a battery and have yet to receive it. They say this is because they have to ship it specially for security reasons. They ARE in Japan not the US. And their customer service is in Japan as well and they have taken around 4-5 business days to get back to each of my email inquiries. My issues are yet to be resolved almost a month later. I would not shop here and would not recommend it to any one!
