I bought a Joyetech Ego One vaporizer on their website 7 DAYS AGO. I haven't received an email saying it's shipped and I've been emailing and calling for 5 days with no response. 7 DAYS. NO RESPONSE, HASN'T SHIPPED YET. I'm pissed.

I love the da vinci vaporizer

Never received my merchandise. Never received a resolution or any help from customer service. Had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

(I had ordered an Arizer Solo Vaporizer) I just wanted to get on here and give my REAL review!... because this site will send u emails and want u to leave a good review before u actually get your product, with the promise of a FREE grinder being sent to u. Problem with that is, once u fill it out and do everything the email ask. You'll come to find out a day or so later that this grinder cost over $20 to ship it to u with only more exspensive options (no free ground shipping option like the vaporizer came with). So that's that, they got me to give them a B. S. good review for a lie... but the REAL PROBLEM lies in the fact that they sent me this vaporizer with 2 tubes that are no where close to fitting inside the vaporizer (The curved tube actually came with a hair line crack already on it at the base and broke soon after trying to fit it). With the straight tube, i've followed the booklets instructions 3 times in a row trying to heat it for the full cycle on 7 and then fit the tube in... still it's no where close to actually fitting inside the vaporizer like it should (without breaking it also). Something else that was weird about it all was the fact that i have a family member who owns the same brand of vaporizer that he had ordered for a little more from another site. When he brought his over, the same tube that is no where close to fitting mine, will slide into his easily and fit loosely. Which is leading me to believe that the reason this site sells them so low is because they have a defective batch with smaller holes that you can't find tubes to fit. When i emailed the site about it, a day or so later they sent back that if i take pictures of the broken one they'll replace it... well first of all who the hell is hanging on to worthless broken glass to take pictures days later and second, what about the other tube that just has no hopes of fitting, no reply to that... So i just wanted to get back on here and give a REAL REVIEW in hopes that i can save someone else from this headache. I know the vaporizer is a good unit to use and have when you can actually get use out of it. I had used it several times before with my family member who owns one, that's what got me to order one... I would just advise to NOT order it from here, THE PRICE IS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE!
