I ordered a package of Sorabras from Vckopter. They arrived in perfect condition. They were beautiful! However, they didn't fit me. They won't give me a US return address, gotta ship to China. They also won't give a full refund. A 45% refund and I can keep the bras that I can't wear, is their best offer! This review asks for their confirmation email, they never sent me one. Paypal did. They also never sent an email saying my item had shipped. Beware!

none, they didn't fit
I ordered a bra from this company. It is defective - tides up on one side and has lots of little rubbery threads sticking out. I think if I cut those off they might create holes. I contacted the company to mail it back for a refund. They refuse to give me an address and the return address on the packaging is a fake address, according to the Post Office. The company offered me 5% back, 10% back, 25% back - now they are up to 35% back and they are wasting my time. I am notifying my credit card company that I am disputing the charge. Don't buy from this company,
I was so exited to find bras that would be comfortable and supportive. I followed their size chart and received what I ordered. It took a LONG time to get here and the packaging was poor. Sadly, the bras were at least two more sizes too SMALL and I realized these must be eastern. There is NO telephone support so I sent an email telling them I needed to return the entire order ($150+) asking if they had someone I can talk to. Instead they sent me an email asking for photos of the product received?!
Much to my dismay, this company is in the Sha Tian province of China.
I try so hard not to purhcase from China, always as problem with product size and refunds.
Very poor quality. Fit was not even close to what the sizing chart indicated. When I requested they live up to their 100% satisfaction guarantee, they all but laughed. I was offered a 20% refund and I could keep the item - why would I when it was such poor quality. I requested the 100% - which they never agreed to. They did get up as high as 60% but would not give me a dollar amount, AND I had to pay for the return, even thouigh their cust. Serv. Statement says the customer only pays one way. Also, the China equivalent of a USPS, does not accept mail from outside countries at this time. In light of that HOW could I return this pitiful excuse for a bra.
Don't waste your time! DO NOT PURSUE THIS SCAM.
I ordered these bras and the first thing I noticed after submitting my credit card info and placing the order was it was as if the site was all of a sudden pirated by some Chinese company called Transmitbeauty. When it was taking longer than normal to arrive, I went to call them and realized no telephone number. I panicked because I had given them my credit card. To their credit they did respond very timely and courteously to my emails. Then the bras arrived; oh my goodness. The photos that we use to purchase these bras are complete fakes. We ordered beige and they came to us as orange and looked like something that was a girl scout sewing project for 11 year olds. Forget any padding or support in the front. The "fabric" is a very stretchable mesh that gives no support and allows underboob. Don't bother with this! Someone somewhere has got to start making the old Olga bra again that was front closure, no underwire, and slightly padded. Those Olga bras were awesome and I cannot believe no one is making those again. Forget this site and save your money!
